WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

We've taken care of the essentials so you can travel light and arrive with ease. Bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all waiting for you.

Here's what to toss in your bag:
Layers. Late September in the Catskills is golden — and unpredictable. Warm afternoons, crisp evenings, and the occasional rain shower are all part of the season.

Pack clothing you can move in, a bathing suit for the sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub, and shoes you don't mind getting muddy on the trail.

Your outdoor kit. Bug spray, sunscreen, and a rain jacket. We'll be spending realtime on the land — come ready for it.

Your personal care basics. Whatever you reach for in the morning. The bathrooms handle the rest.

Any medications or supplements you take regularly. Don't forget these.
Optional: Your mat. Everything else for practice is handled.

WHAT ARE THE RETREAT GUIDELINES?

This weekend belongs to everyone here.  A few simple agreements to help us hold it well together:

Arrive fully.  When you're here, be here. We invite you to limit phone use during shared sessions and meals — not as a rule, but as an invitation to actually feel the weekend.

Honor the rhythm. Morning and evening practices are the heartbeat of the retreat. Show up as you're able, and let the structure hold you.

Respect the land. We are guests of this place. Stay on marked trails, leave no trace, and treat the property as you would a home you love.

Hold space for others. Everyone arrives carrying something. Lead with kindness, assume good intent, and give people the room to have their own experience.

Rest is part of the practice. Free time is not empty time. Sleep, wander, do nothing — all of it counts.
