Personal Training


Our bodies are smart, powerful and adaptive machines.  What's more, they are infused with spirit and mind, making us a  formidable force when at our peak.  To live our best lives encompasses many different elements; how we move in our bodies is one piece of that equation.  Through personal training, we'll  look at your body mechanics, customize a program to meet your personal goals, and get you back to  feeling and looking your best.  Through a combination of stablilty, strength, endurance and power exercises, your relationship to your body and its unique power will be transformed.   Change comes from re-training the neuromuscular system, while keeping consistent habits.  That's the same whether you want to lose weight, run a 5K, strengthen your knee mechanics, improve cardiovascular health, or just start an exercise routine.  It doesn't matter your age, athletic ability, or size.  Feel confident again in your body's potential. Andrea is a CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine.)

You can't have a physical transformation until you have a spiritual transformation.
