Sometimes, you just need a moment to pause, breath and get your thoughts in order. This single, 90-minute session is that moment - we'll incorporate mindful movement, breathing exercises and journaling to help you get to the crux of whatever issue you're working on. Maybe you're looking for a direction to move in, or the space to examine what you're feeling. Whatever you need the most, you'll walk away with a sense of grounding and purpose, as well as some stress resilience techniques you can use anytime. This is a virtual session only; you'll come dressed comfortably so you can move with ease, bring a journal and pen, and perhaps an issue you're trying to work on. Ready, set, pause.
