This retreat is a reclamation —a slowing down, a return to your roots, and a harvesting of nature’s wisdom as summer draws to a close. On the fall equinox, day and night rest in perfect balance worldwide; this retreat is your invitation to find that same equilibrium within. Through embodied practice, reflective ritual, and nature-anchored guidance, Kyle and Andrea create space to release what no longer serves and gather the sustenance needed to move through autumn with clarity, resilience, and tenderness.  Together we bring complementary gifts.  Andrea’s alignment-based, accessible sequencing deepens embodiment and builds strength. Kyle’s somatic, heart-centered practices cultivate emotional integration and restorative rest. Together, they hold a container for honest inquiry, gentle challenge, and soulful replenishment.

The Akera Retreat Center
 

Set on Akera's 123-acre property in the Catskills, Harvest Within weaves movement, reflection, and nature-based ritual across thoughtfully designed gathering spaces.  We open in AKERA's signature Mothership -- a cathedral-like 3,600 sq ft geodesic dome eprched at the crown of the land.  Morning and evening practices unfold in the The Studio and Sanctuary.  Time between sessions is yors to explore: cold plunge, barrel sauna, hot tub, and acres of living landscape.  We integrate beside the fire, along hiking trails, and in intimate salons.  The land's varied habitats -- forest, meadow, and quiet water -- weave through the weekend, informing guided nature walks and grounding practices with a few surprises sprinkled throughout the weekend.
